These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Fairway Lawn Buildings, Inc. ("Fairway," "we," "us") and any quote requests, orders, or services you place with us. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms.
2. Estimates & quotes
Prices and figures shown on this website — including any "Build & Price" estimate and delivery estimate — are estimates only and are provided for convenience. They are not an offer or a binding price. A firm price is provided only in a written quote issued by Fairway after we confirm your selections, site, and delivery distance.
3. Orders, deposits & custom builds
Buildings are custom-built to your specifications. Order, deposit, and balance terms (for example, a deposit due at order and the balance due on completion) are set out in your written quote or order form. Because buildings are made to order, changes after an order is placed may affect price and lead time.
4. Delivery & site access
We deliver and assemble buildings on-site. Delivery is included within 20 miles of our Charlotte lot; beyond that, a fee of $2.50 per mile applies as described on the website. You are responsible for providing safe, clear, and lawful access to a suitable build location, including adequate clearance for our crew and equipment. You are responsible for confirming property lines and the placement of the building.
5. Permits, setbacks & HOA rules
Unless expressly agreed in writing, you are responsible for obtaining any required permits and for complying with local setback requirements, zoning, covenants, and homeowners' association rules. We are glad to provide building specifications to assist you.
6. Warranty
Fairway provides a written limited warranty with each building — a 2-year warranty standard, extendable to 5 years when the building is painted within 60 days of delivery (proof required). The written warranty that accompanies your building governs its full terms, coverage, and exclusions.
7. Payment

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.
